Enterprise Systems and Integration

Enterprise system integration means making the different software an organisation uses exchange data with each other automatically. Enso Yazılım connects ERP, CRM, accounting, e-invoicing, payment and logistics systems, and builds custom ERP and CRM modules where needed.

Every step where an order is carried by hand from sales to accounting, from warehouse to shipping, costs time and invites errors. Integration removes those steps: data is entered once and appears wherever it is needed.

We first map your existing systems: where each piece of data originates, where it needs to go and where it breaks. We then bring the solution into service against that map, without stopping the systems you rely on.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

What is system integration?

System integration is the work of making separately running software share common data automatically. For example, an order on an e-commerce site being passed on to the accounting program, the stock system and the carrier without anyone re-entering it is an integration.

Can you integrate with the ERP we use?

Most widely used ERP and accounting products allow integration at API, web service or database level. During discovery we examine what your software offers and recommend the soundest method.

Will our current systems stop during integration?

No. We first verify integrations in a test environment using a copy of real data. The switch to production happens at a time that does not interrupt work, with a rollback plan in place.

What is needed for e-Fatura integration?

API access from your contracted e-invoicing integrator and the system where invoices are produced are enough. Creating the invoice, sending it and tracking its status are then automated.

Let’s talk about what you have in mind.

Describe what you need in a few sentences, and we will work out together what kind of solution fits and how long it would take.
