Where should an AI project start?
It is best to start with a single task that is repeated often, has clear rules and produces a measurable result. A small pilot is built on that task, the result is measured, and the decision to invest further is made on the evidence.
Will our company data be used to train AI models?
We build solutions under service terms in which model providers do not use your data for training, or with models running inside your organisation where required. Which data goes where is set out in writing at the start of the project.
What happens if the AI assistant gives a wrong answer?
We design assistants to ground their answers in your organisation’s documents and show the source. For critical actions the final decision is left to human approval, and answer quality is measured regularly.
Does our data need to be ready for AI?
It does not need to be perfect. During the pilot we assess the state of the data and, if needed, plan collection and cleaning steps first.
