Privacy notice

This notice has been prepared by Enso Yazılım, acting as data controller under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), to inform you about how personal data collected through this website is processed.

When you complete the contact form and visit the site, the following data is processed:

• Identity and contact details: full name, email address, company name and, if you provide it, phone number
• Enquiry details: the topic you select and the content of your message
• Technical records: the IP address, browser information and access time kept by the hosting provider so the site can be served securely
• Usage data: the pages visited, visit duration, device and browser type and approximate location, collected through Google Analytics (you can decline in the cookie banner or through the “Cookie preferences” link)

Your data is processed to assess and respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, stay in contact with you and meet our legal obligations.

The legal bases under Article 5 of the KVKK are that processing is directly related to entering into a contract, that it is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, and our legitimate interests, provided your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed. You can stop the collection of usage data through analytics cookies at any time by declining it.

Your data is not sold and is not shared with third parties for marketing. It is passed, only to the extent the service requires, to the providers we use to host the site, to deliver form messages by email and to measure visit statistics (Google Analytics). These providers may have servers outside Türkiye; transfers are made in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK.

Data may be shared with competent public authorities where the law requires it.

Your data is kept until your enquiry is concluded and the retention and limitation periods set by the relevant legislation have expired; it is then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

In addition to cookies strictly necessary for the site to work, this site uses Google Analytics cookies. They help us measure how the site is used as statistics and are not used for advertising or personalisation.

If you choose “Decline” in the cookie banner, measurement stops and analytics cookies are deleted from your device. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of every page.

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to:

• learn whether your personal data is processed and request information if it is
• learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose
• know the third parties to whom the data is transferred
• request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
• request deletion or destruction of the data under the conditions set out in the KVKK
• object to an outcome against you arising from analysis of the data solely by automated systems
• claim compensation if you suffer damage because the data was processed unlawfully
