Enso Yazılım

Software that fits your process, not the other way round.

Custom Software Development

Custom software development is the design and construction of software from the ground up around one organisation’s own business processes. Enso Yazılım builds web applications, customer and dealer portals, and operations and management panels for needs that off-the-shelf packages do not meet.

In most organisations the real work begins where the package ends: an approval flow it does not cover, a tracking sheet kept by hand, data copied between two systems. Custom software closes those gaps and lets the work run from one place.

We start by understanding the process, not by drawing screens. We map who needs which information and when, and release the part that saves the most time first.

Scope

What we do

  • 01

    Business process applications

Web applications that run ordering, production, field, service, approval and tracking processes.

  • 02

    Customer and dealer portals

Secure portals where your customers, dealers or suppliers handle their own transactions.

  • 03

    Dashboards and reporting

Panels that show the live state of operations, with reports organised by permission.

  • 04

    Legacy modernisation

Rewriting ageing, slow or hard-to-maintain applications on current technology without losing data.

  • 05

    APIs and back-end services

Documented, versioned services that serve web, mobile and third-party systems.

  • 06

    Cloud infrastructure and delivery

Hosting, backups, monitoring and automated release pipelines for the application.

When

This is a fit if

  • your team runs a significant part of the work on spreadsheets and email
  • the package you use does not cover a critical step of your process
  • the same data is entered by hand into more than one system
  • licence costs are starting to outweigh the value as your user count grows

Deliverables

What you get

  1. 01Written scope and technical design document
  2. 02Approved screen designs
  3. 03A tested application running in production
  4. 04Technical documentation and setup guide
  5. 05User training and post-launch support

Process

How we run this work

  1. 01

    Discovery

We listen to your processes, your users and your existing systems, and put the goal and scope in writing.

  2. 02

    Design

We review and agree the screen flows and the technical architecture together before any code is written.

  3. 03

    Development

We deliver working versions at short intervals, test at every delivery and feed what we learn into the next.

  4. 04

    Launch

We plan the go-live, migrate the data, train your team and stay close during the first days.

  5. 05

    Maintenance and growth

We monitor and update the system, and develop it further as your business changes.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

What is custom software?

Custom software is software designed and built for the needs of a single organisation. Unlike packaged products, the software is shaped around the organisation’s process rather than the organisation adapting to the software.

What determines the cost of custom software development?

Scope determines cost: user roles, the number of screens and business rules, the systems to integrate with and the data to migrate. After the discovery call we split the scope into stages and quote each stage separately.

Can data from our old software be migrated?

Yes. Data migration is planned as part of the project: existing data is cleaned, transformed to the new structure and verified before the switch.

Will the software keep up as our needs grow?

We design the architecture so new modules can be added later. The first release does only what is needed, and the system is extended as needs emerge.

Let’s talk about what you have in mind.

Describe what you need in a few sentences, and we will work out together what kind of solution fits and how long it would take.
